here is my story
As a Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist, I am passionate about walking alongside my clients in creating the health they desire. Not only does this program support a healthy weight loss but it facilitates the learning of healthy habits and mindset to support a lifelong transformation. I implemented this program in my practice over seven years ago because of the structure it provides and its sound medical history. It by far is the best tool I use to support clients to a healthy weight but more importantly it provides quality nutrition, lowers inflammation allowing the body to heal, and allows the foundation for people to in some cases to reverse disease and reduce medications. It is my front line program not only for weight loss but for prediabetes, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, history of cancer, and many other conditions.
